Primus Summer Gas Pierceable is a pierceable gas canister with a blend of butane and propane, developed for cooking in warm conditions up to +40 °C. It is designed for stoves that use pierceable single-use cartridges.

For cooking in warm conditions Summer Gas Pierceable is suitable for camping and simple cooking in mild to warm temperatures. Use it to boil water, cook basic meals, or reheat food. At temperatures above +15 °C, more powerful gas blends can become inefficient – this blend is optimised to deliver steady performance in summer conditions.

Butane and propane blend in a pierceable canister The canister contains 190 g of gas and is intended for single use with pierceable stove systems. The mix of butane and propane provides a stable flame and controlled output in warmer temperatures. Note that it is not compatible with Primus stoves.
