The British Military Extreme Cold Weather Trouser Liner issued during the 1970's & 80's to be worn as a mid layer to be worn under standard issue clothing. 

Features full length zippers, adjustable hook & loop waist and ankle closure to prevent cold drafts. Has access through the pockets to reach clothing underneath if needed.

Grade 1 issued shows signs of wear but fully operational
